Café mademoiselle Coffee, raspberry, chocolate
The "Café Mademoiselle" cocktail from the Hardy Cognac House is a delicious fusion of Hardy cognac, coffee liqueur, raspberry and a touch of dark chocolate. A creamy, exotic harmony that will awaken your senses with elegance.
- 50 ml Cognac Hardy
- 50 ml coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp of powdered sugar
- 6 fresh raspberries
- Garnish : raspberry (fresh) and dark chocolate square.
Put ice cubes in a glass. Add the co ee liqueur, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, 6 fresh raspberries and the Cognac Legend Hardy 1863 to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until completely crushed. Put an ice cube in a glass and pour filtering through the strainer. Garnish with two fresh raspberries and a square of raspberry dark chocolate.
