Grand duc Lime, blackberry, casis
The "Grand Duc" cocktail from the Hardy Cognac House is a daring combination. The combination of Hardy cognac, Supasawa, blackberry and Cucielo blanco evokes nobility and offers an unforgettable tasting experience.
- 45 ml Cognac Hardy
- 15 ml Supasawa or squeezed lime juice
- 20 ml blackberry cream
- 15 ml cucielo blanco / vermouth
- Garnish : Amarena Cherries
Put ice cubes in a glass. Add the Cucielo Blanco, the Supasawa or the squeezed lime juice, the blackberry cream, three dashes of blackcurrant bitter and the Cognac Legend Hardy 1863 in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into the highball glass with ice cubes. Top up with soda. Garnish with cherries.
